Munnar Hillstation Tour

Day 1: Coimbatore → Munnar (Scenic Drive & Arrival)

• Pickup from Coimbatore. Drive towards Munnar via Udumalpet – Marayur – Chinnar route (scenic forest road).
• Breakfast stop en route at Udumalpet (own expense).
• Cross into Kerala via Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary area – watch for wildlife sightings along the road.
• Stop at Marayur Sandalwood Forest – unique natural sandalwood reserve. Quick exploration.
• Arrive in Munnar. Check-in and freshen up.
• Lunch (own expense).
• Visit Pothamedu Viewpoint – panoramic views of tea and cardamom plantations.
• Visit TATA Tea Museum – learn the history of tea making in Munnar. Includes tea tasting.
• Stroll through Munnar town – shop for authentic Kerala spices, tea, and handmade chocolates.

Day 2: Munnar Full Day Sightseeing

• Early breakfast. Depart for the day's sightseeing.
• Visit Eravikulam National Park (home of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr). Bus ride through the park to the Rajamala hills.
• Drive to Mattupetty Dam – scenic reservoir surrounded by tea gardens. Optional speed boating (charges extra).
• Visit Echo Point – a natural echo phenomenon near the dam area. Great for photos.
• Lunch (own expense).
• Drive to Top Station (32 km from Munnar, 1.5 hrs) – the highest point on the Munnar-Kodaikanal road at 1,880m. Stunning 360° views of the Western Ghats.
• Visit Kundala Lake – serene lake en route back. Optional Shikara boating.
• Photo stops at various tea garden viewpoints on return.
• Return to hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 3: Munnar → Coimbatore (Waterfalls & Departure)

• Visit Attukal Waterfalls – beautiful cascading falls amidst lush greenery (9 km from Munnar).
• Visit Lakkam Waterfalls – a lesser-known gem with a natural pool.
• Last tea garden photo stop at Lockhart Gap for panoramic plantation views.
• Begin return drive to Coimbatore via Udumalpet.

• Arrive in Coimbatore. Drop at Railway Station / Airport / Hotel. Tour Ends.
